Our pieces are all made to order, so please expect a four-week lead time on all products. If you have further questions regarding the production and shipment of your order, please contact us by email.

Shipping & Returns

All orders over $100 qualify for free shipping within the contiguous US. Orders $1,000+ will be shipped with “Signature Required.” Orders placed within California are subject to State Tax, but orders from outside the state are exempt. For International orders, please select the $65 Worldwide flat rate fee. Customers will be solely responsible for any and all customs fees, duties or import taxes. Please take note that these fees are collected at the time of delivery.

All packages are insured up to $250. If you wish to add additional insurance, please contact us . We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the mail.

All of our jewelry is made-to-order and FINAL SALE—no refunds, no exchanges. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We stand by our craftsmanship, but if there is a defect or sizing error on our part, please notify us here, immediately upon receipt.

Care & Repairs

All of our jewelry is crafted in solid, precious materials that will stand the test of time. That being said, these objects are rendered in miniature and require thoughtful wear. Be mindful of when you are wearing your jewelry, and consider removing it during activities where it might come to harm. Transport and store your diamond pieces separately to avoid scratching other pieces. Remove your jewelry before applying lotions, oils, or perfumes, and allow it to soak in fully before re-adorning yourself. Pieces can be safely cleaned with soap, warm water, and a soft toothbrush, or a dry polishing cloth. Jewelry comprised of gold and diamonds can usually be safely cleaned in an ultrasonic bath.

If a tragic fate does befall one of your jewels, repairs can be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out, and we will review the damage and possible cause and contact you with an estimated cost for the repair. This only applies to pieces purchased from our collection.

Privacy Policy

When you visit our website, you may provide us with personal information (such as name, address, e-mail address, telephone numbers and/or card payment information) as part of the buying and selling process. All payment information is entered through an encrypted and secure SSL line via Stripe. We do not collect personal information from you unless you provide it to us. When you provide us with personal information, you imply that you consent to its use only within the context that it was provided. If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, for example marketing materials, we will request your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to decline.
